The Humanities Research Center hosts scholars to collaborate with Rice University on Spatial Humanities projects. Visiting scholars have access to a GIS specialist/developer for the duration of their stay at Rice, ranging from a week to a month. The specialist assists in contextualizing and visualizing particular datasets in relation to projects developed at Rice.
