Noor Ayache is the Center Assistant for the Humanities Research Center (HRC) at Rice University. In this role, Noor supports daily operations, manages events, and participates in the intellectual life of the HRC.
Noor is majoring in Philosophy and minoring in Politics, Law, and Social Thought (PLST) at Rice University. She has presented her research on discrimination, conformity, ideology, and disciplinary power at regional and national conferences.
Prior to joining Rice, Noor was a student at Lone Star College Tomball, where she was awarded the Chancellor Fellow scholarship in the Honor's College. She also served as President (2022-2023) and Executive Vice President of the Student Government Association (SGA), and participated in the National Model United Nations (2023) as a delegate for the Association for Women's Rights In Development (AWID).
