These workshops and study groups foster collegiality and collaboration across departments and disciplines by bringing together faculty and graduate students from various fields with shared research interests. The CSC serves as an umbrella for these groups, providing financial and organiz- ational support for symposia, conferences, and lectures by internationally recognized speakers.
