Futures of the Architectural Exhibition Lecture: Giovanna Borasi

Giovanna Borasi is an architect, editor, and curator. She joined the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) in 2005 as Curator for Contemporary Architecture, and in 2014 was appointed Chief Curator. Borasi’s research focuses on contemporary architecture discourse, with a particular attention to atlernative ways of practicing and evaluating architecture and how environmental, political, and social issues influence today’s urbanism and built environment. 

Futures of the Architectural Exhibition is a Rice University Humanities Research Center (HRC) Masterclass supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Rice University Arts Initiative Fund.

The Futures of the Architectural Exhibition Lecture Series is organized by Reto Geiser, associate professor of architecture at Rice University, and Michael Kubo, assistant professor of architectural history, theory, and criticism at the University of Houston.
